Congrats to seniors-- today is the last day of exams! Be sure you have turned in ALL books, paid ALL fees/fines, turned in ALL work, and finished ALL makeup time.

Important Dates
--Senior Academic Awards Breakfast - Tuesday, May 21st @ 9am
--Senior Awards Night - Tuesday, May 21st, @ 7pm
--Graduation Practice - Thursday, May 23rd @ 1pm – Auditorium; you MUST attend grad practice if you plan on walking at graduation. Enter through main front doors and sign in.
--Baccalaureate Service - Thursday, May 23rd @ 7pm - Summerville Baptist Church (hosted by the Minesterial Association)
--Graduation- Saturday, May 25th @ 6pm (students arrive early) - North Charleston Coliseum

Seniors EY

Seniors who fail a course with a 60-69 will be given the opportunity to continue working to improve the grade to a 70. There is a $25 fee for each course, and all sessions will take place in lab 232. Students should discuss Extended Year with their teacher or contact Mrs. Blunt. The EY lab schedule for seniors is:

3-5pm Th/Fri May 16/17
8am-12pm Sat May 18
3-5pm M/T/W May 20-22

PTSA Meeting

The last PTSA meeting for the school year will be held May 21st at 5:30pm in the Media Center. This reflects a time change due to the Senior Awards ceremony beginning at 7:00pm.

Online Summer Enrichment

Students, want a chance to win a Samsung Chromebook or an iPod Touch this summer? Participants in our Summer Enrichment Program will be entered in a drawing for the giveaway! We have two ways students can participate. One: getting a jump start on next year’s topics using Apex Learning, and Two: Earn high school credit for keyboarding or computer apps by taking a DD2 Blended Online Learning class. Underclassmen Exams

Underclassmen exams will take place from May 28-31. Click here to see the schedule and read the procedures. Students who will have already taken an AP test or an EOC (state End of Course test) will not have to attend the exam during that period on May 29-31 (the half days). EOC courses are: US History, English 1, Biology, and Algebra 1/1B.
